I stumbled upon your blog one day by accident and LOVEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE it. You made me way more comfortable with my crush on Caucasian men than I have ever been before and I thank you!

Ok….here goes…

I was crushing on the “Rainbeau” who is a friend of my co-workers (who is dear to me). She told me all this stuff about how he really likes women of color and all that jazz so I thought I was a shoe in!!!

NOT!!! Lol he was nice (because he is a really, really, really nice guy) but I felt like maybe he was not feeling me. I spoke with my cousin (who is in an interracial marriage and I knew she would not judge me) and she told me to just send him my contact information on FB (we were friends on FB) and let it play out since I was so unsure of where we stood. I did this back in July and of course he never replied or contacted me so I finally had my answer (or so I thought). Fast forward to NYE in NYC (see what I did there?) I went to the guys party because I wanted to hang with my co-workers the guy was completely different he showed me around we listened to music and made out as well. I stayed until the AM to be able to drive home safely (nothing happened) and he mentioned he had gotten my FB information and would contact me to chill. My question is this: Should I chalk up his niceness to him being inebriated and it being NYE or could there be something more?
