I just love it when this happens, and it happens a lot.

Last year, courtesy of online dating site, DateWhoYouWant.com, I was able to attend the 2013 Loving Day flagship celebration in New York City. While I was there, I met a couple and did a video that has gone semi-viral.

Well guess what? The couple just reached out to me on our Facebook fan page to tell me that they just go hitched!!!

Ladies and gentleman, I present to you Mr. Josh and Mrs. Melissa!

Yet another black woman who has found her bliss with a man that adores her and isn’t content to just date for a decade. I knew when I met this couple that Josh was completely smitten.

As an aside, I love that events like Loving Day present opportunities to form a community of like minded people, and encourage people to find love beyond race.
