You asked, and I delivered! This look has been so fun for me to wear this summer, as it’s a look that can be pulled off in both casual and dressy situations.

I like to stretch my hair through blowdrying before I attempt this style, because I find that with my hair type–fine and tightly coiled–I have less breakage when my dried hair doesn’t curl in on itself and snap while I’m trying to separate.

You’ll need lots of bobby pins, preferably of the short and long length. The long pins help to better mold the hair into the center of your head.

Finish with a spray that has a low water content to help your buns stay smooth and repel humidity.
