One of God’s blessings for black women is that, if we take care of ourselves, eat well, take care of our minds and bodies, we age the slowest of all races of women. While we age more slowly, black women have the highest rates of obesity, diabetes, stroke, high blood pressure, and hormone-related cancers. What’s the point of having no wrinkles if you’re dying inside?
