For more toned arms do pushups. Start with five the first day and add five each day for the next 30 days. Model your push up challenge after the abs challenge above.
Don’t forget you can also use cans of vegetables out of your cabinet to do bicep curls and tricep extensions.
You can do all this while watching your favorite television show or listening to music.
Stretch out the muscles you just worked!!!!!
