Achieving a dewy look can be a challenge, especially if you suffer from T-zone syndrome like I do. There hasn’t been one single magic-bullet formula that I’ve discovered, but I recently put together a mix of bb creams and bronzer that has seriously changed the game for me. I combined SMASHBOX BB Cream (Dark) , GM Collin Mineral BB Cream, and Mally Perfect Prep Liquid Luminizer. With this result:

It’s such a light, yet effective, coverage that gives good sun protection. The combination of all three products work together to make a perfect one. Sometimes you just gotta mix it up!

SMASHBOX was one of the first cosmetics lines to perfect a BB Cream for dark complexions that didn’t make our complexions look ashen. It really feels more like a foundation than a bb cream, because the pigment is pretty rich. The downside is that it is low on moisturizing elements. However, GM Collin’s bb cream does more of the work of an SPF and the tinted color instantly blends to give you a milky coverage, and your skin feels moisturized without feeling greasy. However, that product alone still leaves my skin looking a bit too pale for my taste. My final ingredient is the Mally Perfect Prep, which is basically a liquid bronzer. This is what gives the final, amazing touch.

How To Apply:

A little of each of three products goes a long way. Starting from left to right, GM Collin bb cream, SMASHBOX bb cream, Mally Luminizer. Mix them all together and apply all over your face and neck. I even put it on my eyelids and around the corners of my eyes because none of the products irritate me. You can either use your hands or a make up sponge.
