Are you a black woman in an interracial relationship, or a non-black man in a relationship with a black woman? I’m interested in interviewing you!
For the past few months, I have had the opportunity to interview black women and their significant others in positive interracial relationships. I have loved all of the new connections I have made and hearing all of your stories. I didn’t realize how much I loved listening to other people’s lives, love and relationships. I am so grateful to Christelyn for this opportunity.
If you are a single person interested in swirling, I would love to speak with you as well. I think the blog is a great way to put yourself out there and share your dating experiences. Also, I do want to add that interviews are not exclusive to dating and relationships. If you participate in a fitness activity or a hobby (like art, cosplay, travel, winter sports, etc.), and you feel that your activity could provide value to our audience, I would love to speak with you. (We have some more exciting interviews to come, so stay tuned!)
For those of you who prefer to be more private, please consider helping in another way – telling me what kind of questions you would like answered in our upcoming interviews. I think it is important to refresh our questions as we go along, to keep things interesting. You could also help out by sharing these articles (or others on the blog that you enjoy) or mentioning this opportunity to a friend. If there is a particular artist or influencer that would be a good fit for our audience, please let us know. I will take the time to connect with each individual personally. However, if you have a relationship with them, I would love for you to make that introduction.
Lastly, I would like to ask that people are kind in their future comments. When people choose to put themselves out there and share about their lives and their love, they are being vulnerable. You do not have to agree with every journey out there, but it is important to consider others’ feelings as well.
If you’re interested in participating, please leave a comment below or connect with Christelyn. You can also email me [email protected], or connect with Beyond Black and White on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
