The holiday season is steadily approaching and we all want to look our best at our respective holiday shindigs.  Glitter eyeshadow is way to up the glam factor and turn a few heads while you’re at it. I used Urban Decay’s Heavy Metal Loose Glitter in an emerald green hue called “loaded,” and a pinkish purple shade called  “acdc.”  I also used Urban Decay’s weightless makeup adhesive called “bondage,” which provided a base for the loose glitter to adhere to. I simply brushed a small amount of the makeup adhesive on my lower lid and then dipped my flat brush into the loose glitter and lightly patted it across my eyelid. It was surprisingly easy, but be careful because glitter can get everywhere! Check out the results.

 I honestly  didn’t know what to expect with the loose glitter, but I was pleasantly surprised. It wasn’t as drastic as I thought it would be and I really liked how both colors looked on me. There’s nothing wrong with spicing it up a little for the holidays. Have you ever tried loosed glitter before?
