I’ll admit, Sephora and department store makeup counters had me fooled for a while. I was under the impression that if the products are being sold at such popular venues, they must be the best. I’m glad I finally realized that the quality of a particular cosmetic isn’t measured by shelf space, the the company’s ability to pay for it. Yes; companies pay stores like Sephora for the privilege to get our eyeballs on their products.
