It’s funny. I never really know who all follows me on my You Tube channel…apparently there’s quite a lot…and when I get a free moment I’ll check out the pages of the people who follow me. I was glad I did when I saw Shelly and Michael. They get really candid about how the public and family members interact and perceive their relationship. With Michael’s physique, I doubt there’s ever any real threat, but it’s kind of interesting to hear about some of the more mundane encounters. I talk a lot about these issues in my book, Swirling: How to Date, Mate and Relate, Mixing Race, Culture and Creed, in the chapter, “Love is Blind, but the People Staring at You Can See Just Fine!”
