I’ve been getting a lot of people on my Facebook page, raving about the lip color I’m sporting in this photo.

I’ve got news. What you’re seeing in not a lipstick, lip gloss or lip stain. It’s powder. I’ve recently discovered a great cosmetics company call BLEND MINERALS. How to use the shimmer powder:

If using as an eyeshadow, you MUST prime, otherwise you’ll have tons of castoff powder. Be prepared to be WOWED, the color shows up intensely. But it’s easily blend-able with a good shadow brush.

To use it as a blush, gently dip two fingers in the pot and carefully dab the apple of your cheek and work upward along the cheekbone. Blend with a blush brush.

For a lip color, use a clear, tacky gloss (any will do) on your lips first and then take a finger and lightly dab some shimmer on your lips until it reaches your desired intensity.
