I absolutely love spring! It’s time to break out the flirty and feminine dresses, and get colorful with the makeup. The theme for today is orange, with a little bit of brown and a touch of copper…

Before you apply…prep your skin!! Your face is the palette, so make sure it’s in the best condition as possible. Clean skin keeps the skin looking smooth and reduces the appearance of large pores. For day use, I’m really liking the products I discovered from Limelight. The ingredients are high-quality and organic and is marketed towards makeup artists, but you can buy the items as a consumer too. You know what I love? The prices are dramatically cheaper because you’re not paying for fancy packaging and Sephora shelf space. I absolutely love this stuff for my daytime makeup prep.

One my eyes, I’m wearing The Eye Pigment Primatif by Kevyn Aucoin in TITAN. Omg…this is such an amazing everyday shadow. It provides just a little shimmer.

Also on my lower lid I have a orange/copper color from MAKE UP FOREVER that’s used for either a blush or shadow. The color is CORAL.

I’m wearing TIMELESS, a lipstick also by Kevyn Aucion.

For my cheeks, I’m wearing HOT FLUSH, which is more of a copper.
