Twitter is a-tweeting in outrage over the news that yet another black female celebrity is backing Mitt Romney for president. Here’s the tweet from Dash that’s got Dems and the GAT-DL looking to take a hit out on her:

You poor beautiful idiot.” someone said. “Wait stacey dash is voting for romney? you get a lil money and you forget that you’re black and a woman. two things romney hates,” tweeted another. “Still clueless,” quipped another.

While I’m not voting for Mitt Romney, I’m a little ticked off at the assumption that because Miss Dash is “black” she should therefore vote for Obama like a good little mammy. How outrageous and arrogant that Democrats and the GAT-DL alike simply ASSUME that her blackness means she should have some loyalty to Democrats and the incumbent because they are “skinfolk,” and everyone knows that Republicans hate black people. /sarcasm/

I guess this seems like a double betrayal, since Dash was married interracially. The anti-IRR blogs leaped with glee when it was discovered that she was embroiled in an acrimonious divorce which included allegations of domestic violence as proof (PROOF!! I say!!!) that white men abuse black women. Because after all, only white men beat black women, right? Riiiiiiight. This was Dash’s third marriage and she’s only 45 years old. Sounds like her issues aren’t with the color and creed of the guy as much as it is with her.

Totally not a fan of Niki Minaj, but she’s also recently taken some flack for her apparent Romney endorsement, but has recently backed up from the statement. Wonder if her “seeing the light” involved men who break knees and chop off fingers for a living.

This is a typical example of how certain groups claim ownership and demand absolute and unwavering loyalty on all things. While I’m voting for Obama, Dash and Minaj are free to think, feel and vote as they damn well please.

Readers, take note how certain operatives of the Democratic party will JOIN FORCES with the GAT-DL to serve their own purposes in putting black women (and zombie voters) in their place when it benefits them.
