These events, ya’ll–I don’t mean to make you jelly or anything, but they continue to be amazing. Even in 98-degree heat (well, at least it’s a dry heat) nearly 50 people showed up to our “Swirling” book signing at Europa Village in sun-shiny Temecula. I was slightly annoyed with the folks that RSVP’d five minutes before the event, but I was able to forgive it, since we nearly sold out of all the books we brought. We had so much dang fun, people keep asking, “When’s the next one??!”

I was also tickled when The Hubster popped in…

That’s because this is more than just a book signing–it’s an event. The guests got a serious Wine 101 by the gorgeously Italian Stefano. We talked “Swirling,” and then had ANOTHER class–this time on wine and chocolate pairing. Props to Europa Village and DateWhoYouWant.com for sponsoring–you folks are rock stars.

Oh! And another thing that was lover-ly…fans of “Swirling” spanning generations!

So we’re taking this show on the road! You know we’ve got the thing in Atlanta, but we’re going to San Francisco, the DMV, Texas, Las Vegas, Chicago and Florida. So folks in the BB&W Crew, give me some suggestions for locales–but keep in mind we do classy. No seedy bars or restaurants with roaches in the bathroom.
