Conservatives are a colorful bunch, and it would be a serious error to lump them all as racist, gun-toting Obama haters. Even if a that’s a big chunk of them share that last sentiment.

What was truly fascinating was the range of responses given on the Breitbart Facebook page when they reported on the New York man who punched a white guy because his girlfriend was black while allegedly shouting, “You’re taking our women!”

I saw quite a bit of men proudly declaring that they would fight for the black wives and girlfriends with Smith & Wesson.

Many of them see, like all of do, the dirty laundry about how pervasive our fractured families are, the challenges black women face with limited dating and marriage options, and perhaps the most significant–the observance of the lack of value black men place on black women.

Many also pointed out the double standard.

Rare, yet present were the outright racists.

Reading through all the comments will give you a headache, but from me, the most compelling commentary that came from both men and women was their observance of the lack of value placed on black girls and women, and how outsiders clearly see (and are disgusted) at the outright hatred, apathy, and lack of protection displayed in the community.

And to you good black men with fingers itching to write how you’re “not like that,” don’t bother. I’ll take you at your word. The problem you have is neglect. You have neglected to thump the low-rent negroes who are taking the mic and dominating the narrative. You’re sitting back too quietly while the “others” continue to tell the world your women ain’t shit.
