The Ricki Lake Show is Looking for Folks to Tell Our Stories!

With the widespread success of this blog as a support for people interested and/or involved in interracial and intercultural relationships, it’s only natural that the media occasionally reach out to us so we can tell our stories. One such outlet in the new Ricki Lake Show, which is set to air in the fall. One of their producers is trying to put together a show about interracial relationships from a generational perspective, and is looking for couples in a variety of age rages so that they can communicate their experiences as the world has changed from being staunchly resistant to interracial relationships to our current point, with 68% of Americans accepting of such unions. The producers are eager to lend our community a voice and would like couples of various ages and stages of their relationship to reach out to them directly as soon as possible. I’ve been scheduled to appear on the show, and I’d love to have my peeps there too!
