I remember the first time I read A Wrinkle In Time as a kid. The writing was so vivid, so compelling, that I actually could picture the characters and the situations. But never had I pictured that the characters would be so swirled up, and the parents of these daring kids in an interracial marriage featuring a black woman and a (gorgeous) white man.
